Device Partner

A device manufacturer/ seller who provides us with a device which acts like a sensor to generate data from the environment its being deployed. He owns the IP of the product and provides us with the final certified product. He also is accountable for the product warranty.

Who can be a device partner?

Tata Communications IoT Marketplace expects device partner to deliver on following requirements to be successfully on boarded onto the marketplace:

Device should be available through dispatch on real time post receiving the order
Partner to stock a minimum of 50 devices for each SKU listed on marketplace
Product specifications for Tata Communications IoT Marketplace NW/ PF Tata Communications IoT Marketplace to share the end node specifications to be followed by the vendor to enable them to latch on to the Tata Communications IoT Marketplace PAN India NW/ PF.

Regulatory Requirements

ETA WPC certification/ BIS certification or any other certification/ calibration documents required for proof of functional capabilities of device as and when required by Tata Communications IoT Marketplace/ Customer

Acceptence Criteria

All products to conform to Tata Communications IoT Marketplace quality & acceptance testing done at Tata Communications IoT Marketplace facility/ any other facility identified by Tata Communications IoT Marketplace before getting listed on marketplace Device partner program
